7 is equipped with WiFi only. It does not have 3G or LTE option to watch videos, movies on the go. If you are traveling or you do not have access to Wi-Fi, you can not watch movies or television shows in the Android store. You need to download a video when you’re at home before going on a trip or watch offline.

for offline viewing on Nexus 7 or android phone like galaxy s2 s3, etc.
1. Buy a movie or television program using Google Play Movies & TV application. You can find this application on the screen all applications or bookmarks bar on your Nexus 7
2. After buying the Android Market store, you will see me or Video Episode Google My Play.
3. You can watch the video by pressing the video here if you have a WiFi connection. You can also download a purchased video for offline viewing.

To download a movie or TV show, Press Pin (gray) on the video you want to download, as shown in the figure below. You must be logged WiFi. It will download the video to your Nexus 7 tablet or Android phone like the samsung galaxy s2 or s3, X One HTC, Motorola Droid Razr, etc.

As the downloaded videos on your android device, you can see the state of the pin. It turns blue pin after you have finished downloading the video. Tap a video to watch. You do not need an internet connection these days.

You can not find the video downloaded to the download folder or download an application. If you want to watch videos downloaded, open the Android Market Movies & TV application again and tap the blue pin videos to watch offline
