    How to configure Microsoft Exchange email account on Android Nexus 7

    Is this your company uses Microsoft Exchange? You use the Microsoft Outlook client on your computer to send and receive e-mail. You can check your email, send and receive e-mails on your android phone as a Nexus 7.

    It is easy to install Exchange email account on your Android device. For most types of email accounts, Android should update automatically if you specify a username and password exchange server.

    How to configure Exchange email account on android
    1. Go to Applications> E-mail> E-mail setup screen. If you have configured email account such as Yahoo Mail or Hotmail, you can add an email account. Go to Applications> Email> Menu> Settings> Add a new email account

    2. Enter your full user name, including trade name and domain password. For example user@yourcompany.com and password

    3. Press Next to automatically pick up incoming parameters and outgoing mail servers. That’s it. Are you ready to view and send e-mail. But sometimes, you may get an error message “Failed to find the Exchange server automatically Enter the settings manually ..” or “Can not connect to exchange server”

    Press Edit to edit details or enter the address of the Exchange server. If you access your Exchange email via a web browser or an exchange, you can enter the address (domain name only) here. For example mail.yourcompany.com etc.

    It must decide to repair Exchange server and you should be ready to read, send emails on your Android device. This method is the same for all Android devices, including Samsung Galaxy S22, S3 Samsung Galaxy Tab, Samsung Droid Razr Notes or 10.1, HTC One X, etc.
